HELLO SUMMER!
The summer holidays are finally here, and of course the weather has taken a turn—typical for the UK! But that won’t stop us from enjoying this season.
With it being the school break, many of you are spending time with family or heading off on holiday. I’ll be stepping back from the regular blog routine to enjoy time with my family as well. That said, “taking time off” for me rarely means complete silence—there will be some behind-the-scenes updates and the occasional recipe over the coming weeks. It just won’t be the usual full-on posting schedule.
I also finally have a consultation with a surgeon about ongoing back issues, so there may be a period when I’m resting and unable to do much. I’m trying to prepare as best I can and avoid overworking or stressing myself, which should help with recovery.
