This recipe can be made dairy-free and adapted for Whole30 or the autoimmune protocol (AIP) when using compliant yogurt and collagen.

Ingredients:

  • Collagen peptides or protein powder – Collagen peptides are paleo and AIP friendly; any protein powder can be used if you prefer.
