The Produce Moms Podcast
Episode 26: Creating the Perfect Veggie Noodle with Mason Arnold, Founder of Cece’s Veggie Co.
“One of our top priorities is how we can shift components of our plate to make them more nutrient dense and to bring in more of these under consumed vegetables into our daily diets. This product is a turn-key solution.”
On this episode of The Produce Moms Podcast, we talk with Mason Arnold, founder of Cece’s Veggie Co. and a self-described “Veggie Nerd.” Mason also serves on the board of the United Fresh Produce Association. Many guests on the show started their businesses by solving a problem in their own lives; Cece’s grew from that same need. Named after Mason’s daughter, the company launched in 2015 to offer a healthy, gluten-free alternative to pasta.
“Everything we do is meant to be fast and easy… the faster I can put things together, and still make sure my kids get vegetables as a major part of my dinner, helps to continue to inspire innovation at Cece’s.”
Cece’s products are Certified Organic, Whole30 compliant, Non-GMO, and free from major allergens. The company collaborates closely with farmers to select the right vegetable varieties, match growing seasons, and determine the best harvest timing for flavor and texture. Mason approaches the business with intention and passion, aiming to make vegetables the center of the plate through products that are both fun and delicious.
“One thing I’ve learned is having that balance and finding the things that are both nutrient dense, sustainable, and healthy, but also can be done in a way that everyone can access them, and help everyone in the country eat healthier.”
Cece’s offers practical solutions for busy families who want to increase vegetable intake without sacrificing convenience or taste. Their products are intended to be quick to prepare while retaining nutrition, making it easier for parents to include vegetables as a main component of meals. Mason and his team focus on accessibility—designing foods that are affordable, appealing, and simple to integrate into everyday cooking.
